Yes. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship within Georgia. International shipping will be available soon.

Are your supplements authentic and certified?

Yes. All Oktopus Nutrition products are manufactured in certified European facilities under strict quality standards including GMP, HACCP and ISO systems.

Where are your products made?

Our supplements are produced in premium European manufacturing facilities and packaged according to international quality standards.

How should I store supplements?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close packaging tightly after use.

Returns & Support

Can I return a product?

All supplement sales are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify.
