Refund policy

If a customer purchases a product online (remotely), they have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days. This period begins from the date the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer is required to notify the seller within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by sending an email to nutrition@oktopus.ge. The notification must clearly express the customer's decision to return the goods. For the purpose of processing the return, the seller is entitled to request additional information as required by law, and the customer is obligated to provide such information, including: the name, physical address, fax number, and email address specified by the seller; the date of the order; the date the order was received; the customer's name; the customer's address; the customer's signature (if the form is submitted on paper); and the date the form was completed.

The customer is required to return the goods to the seller in the same condition in which they were received (original condition). If the goods are not returned in their original condition, the seller is entitled to refuse the refund.

In the event of contract withdrawal, the seller is obligated to:

a) Refund the customer the full amount paid, including any delivery charges where applicable, no later than 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal notification is received. The seller is not obligated to refund any additional costs incurred due to the customer's choice of a non-standard delivery method or a delivery service more expensive than the standard option offered by the seller.

b) Process the refund using the same payment method the customer used for the original purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different payment method, provided that no additional costs are incurred by the customer as a result.

In the event of contract withdrawal, the customer is obligated to:

a) Return the goods to the seller or a third party designated by the seller immediately after sending the withdrawal notification, but no later than 7 calendar days, unless the seller has agreed to arrange the collection of the goods.

b) Bear only the direct costs associated with returning the goods, unless the seller has agreed to cover these costs or failed to inform the customer that such costs would apply in the event of a return.

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, the seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received back, or until the customer provides proof of having dispatched the goods — whichever occurs first — unless the seller has agreed to arrange collection of the goods.
